Hi Raju,
I want to add complete set of social media icons or want to add atleast two more buttons ‘linkedin share’ and ‘google +1′ button apart from ‘tweet’ and ‘facebook like’, the one which you did to your blog posts, to every blog post written.

There is no automated way of doing it for Weebly Blog posts. We use wordpress for weeblyforums.com.
