The Search function is expected to be part of the upcoming release. I suggest waiting for a few weeks by when the Search would be a built-in feature.

I use a search box by Free Find, and I’ve been really happy with it. No ads or search results that would take visitors off your site (there is a tiny “powered by Free Find” statement under the search box). The code was easy to get and use, and they email weekly or monthly search reports, which help you get information about what your visitors were looking for. The spider comes by about once a week, so your search information is updated pretty frequently. And it’s free to use = bonus!
