New Templates – no index.html

Please advise on what I need to do to correct this problem: When I use the templates either for new sites or for existing sites, I do not see an index.html in the CSS/HTML section.

Would love to try to modify page layouts using the new template features.

Just like you were editing index.html, edit any of the four page types. For instance, click on the “no-header.html” and edit it to your choice.
