Ask multiply if they provide redirection service. If they do not, you are out of luck. If you can set the meta tag at multiply, and if it abides by their terms & conditions, use the refresh meta like below. Replace weeblyforums.com with your new site name.

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url=http://weeblyforums.com/">

If you want to redirect from weebly subdomain to other place, you may be running into the same problem … again. Read the following article:

Multiply doesn’t allow javascript.

Mark, it is not a javascript. It is a meta tag you can place in the header code (if they give you access to html editor).
