How can I modify subpage visual representations?

Hello, I am attempting to change the visual specs of the subpage link buttons that appear when hovering your mouse over the regular page links. I would like to change them via the CSS code already written on my Weebly site. I feel like I’ve attempted to modify all of it, with no response on the preview page.

Do you have a solution? Thank you!
