Are there any templates, free or premium, that have menus on both the left side and at the top? I’m thinking something like in Gmail where you have your folders on the left and some Google options on the top. Thanks.

Weebly backend supports only one Menu. So, it is not possible to set two different Menus.

If you know how to create persistent side bar of the top bar, you can add text links or buttons. This is not automated though. If you add a new page, that does not reflect in this menu.

If Weebly supports multiple Menus, then you will see templates with multiple menus.

Your page http://siteshowcase.weebly.com/blog.html has something similar to what I’m looking to do. You have links at the top and then links at the side on the right. I would love to have that, but on the left side of the page. Can you share how you did this?

What you are seeing in http://siteshowcase.weebly.com/blog.html is a Blog Side bar. It comes standard for every blog. We placed “Title” Elements in the side bar and linked them. This is manual way of doing it. If you are ok with doing it manually, you can use the multiple-columns-layout element also. If you can wait till the new themes are released, probably there will be themes that come with side-bars built in for regular page. It is a little complex to create a side bar. Each theme is different. There are several factors that need to be taken care of.

Wait till the new themes are released. If the themes do not come with Sidebar, then I will put up an article about creating sidebar.

Thank you. Two additional questions:

1) Is there an option in the columns element to have a vertical line between each column? It seems like that would be my best bet in terms of laying out the page in the way I want it.

2) Any idea as to when the new themes would be released?
