Here is how you can add just a button to menu bar navigation without a dedicated page in Weebly. You can use it for the purposes of pointing it to an anchor point in a page, or to an external page or to a blog post/forum topic.
To add a button to the menu or sub-menu, start by adding it like you add a new page.
You will have the choice to pick a page name. Enter the name you would like to name the button here.
Then check the box saying ‘Link Page to external Site’. you will now be presented with the option of entering a link.
